Reminder–Cell Pay ACH Commissions with Dwolla

In February we sent out an email notifying all Cell Pay users that we were switching the way we perform payouts for ACH and Check recipients. Starting in March we began sending ACH and Check payments through DWOLLA.COM.  We did this because DWOLLA offers an API that allows us to pay dealers faster than manually generating an ACH or Check payout.

However, there has been some confusion caused by the switch.  Dealers are indicating they have not received commission when in actuality we did initiate a payment using DWOLLA’s system.  We ask that all dealers that have not received a payment to search their email for a payment initiation email from DWOLLA.COM.  The subject says “Pay Cell Systems sent you $XXX.XX”

Please search you inbox and spam for this email and accept the payout initiation.
